Meet Design Professional, Susan Guess

What makes Susan Guess an Ace Communicator is her vision of her company, Paducah Bank. It’s an ever-changing organization that isn’t just made up of employees. It’s a living, breathing entity made up of employees, customers, clients, and others. It’s a community. She and her team document that twice a month in Wow! magazine, and have published 1,000 pages about the life of the bank in the past decade. It’s quite an accomplishment.
